Currently ezplatform:urls:regenerate-aliases Command takes all available Locations and performs regeneration of URL Aliases on them, which takes a long time and requires that it should be performed on offline installation.

This is problematic when the URL Alias problems occur for specific Locations on production. The command should accept a list (array) of Location Ids so URL Aliases can be regenerated only for specific Locations without the need of bringing the whole installation offline.
