This is another milestone related to rebranding of eZ Publish to eZ Platform.

The scope of this Story is to create and use the ezplatform-kernel package as a fork of the ezpublish-kernel package, but w/o older (corresponding to eZ Platform <3.0.x-dev) tags and stale branches.

Besides avoiding naming confusion that exists since 2015, the expected benefit is composer memory usage drop, especially when working with feature branches, because we'll avoid scanning all the tags and branches prior to v3.0.0@beta release.

For now the merge-up process for the bug fixes for all supported LTS-es will be as follows:

• merge ezpublish-kernel:6.13 into 7.5,
• merge ezpublish-kernel:7.5 into master,
• merge ezpublish-kernel:master into ezplatform-kernel:master.

Future tasks will be related to EZP-30990 and possible follow-ups, so we gradually can get rid of eZ\Publish namespace and completely abandon ezpublish-kernel.
