Link Manager displays duplicated entries on a fresh database installation.

Steps:

1. Create a fresh db installtion of 2.5.6 OSS or EE.
2. Go to Content / Link Manager.
3. Check the Links table.

Issue: Duplicated entries are displayed. Although the number in the table header is correct. Also ezurl table doesn't contain duplicates.
Side effect, pagination is not triggered by duplicated rows.

Remarks(edited by KZ): Does not affect master/v3. 3.0.0-beta3 but occurs also on actual master (before 3.0.0-beta4)
