Image is not replaced in RTE / OE when publishing directly.

Steps:

1. Create e.g. folder.
2. Embed image.
3. Publish.
4. Edit this folder.
5. Replace the image.
6. Clicking directly on Publish (immediately after replacement).

Actual: Image is not replaced
Expected: Image is replaced in back-office view mode and on frontend.

Remarks: When user clicks outside the rich-text field before publishing change is saved.
