Description

PHP 7.4.0 was released yesterday. It would be great if eZ Platform 2.5.x supported it (of course optionally).

Pending PR for Kernel 8.0 (aiming to backport to 7.5): ezsystems/ezpublish-kernel#2836

Prerequisites: availability of stable PHP 7.4 on Travis (though we might go for snapshot, TBD).
