In 3.x, service based view matchers were replaced with tagged services. In the process, it was added that those should be prefixed with an @.

This is a problem for two reasons:
1. It looks ugly in YAML, since strings can't start with an @ without being quoted, and quotes don't feel good in a key
2. it was actually NOT required to prefix those services with an @ in v2
