Year ago there was task with select field, where some part of dropdown list was outside screen boundaries and it was impossible to select some options.

Unfortunately this fix introduced another bug ( https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZEE-2757 ) by adding translateZ (which was necessary because of Safari).

I fixed it other way, instead of adding expanding page I moved dropdown list above select field, where there is less than 300px to screen bottom. Also there is now max-height of 300px and if there are more elements, scroll is added.
