Field type elements overlap with ez-edit-header__content-type-name when scrolling up in Editing view:

1. Field type: ez-boolean
Possible issue could come from the element ez-data-source__indicator that has a property and value for z-index: 1;

2. Field type: ezgmaplocation
Possible issue could come from the element leaflet-pane that has a property and value for z-index: 400;
