Widgets animation integrated in a single SASS variable

With the new design update for Widgets (for content creation or editing content, for instance), integrate in a single SASS variable its animation for a simplified maintenance.

After testing its behavior with a local instance, set timing for transition to 0.3s and remove opacity property.
