eZ\Publish\Core\Persistence\Legacy\Content\Type\Update\Handler\DeferredLegacy relies on eZ Publish script. Since Legacy bridge is no longer supported, there's no change it will be working. Hence we need to drop it.

Deferring should be handled by eZ Platform v3.0 Symfony Events.
