The problem appears in Kernel v7.5.6+, after adding the article and translating it into different languages, everything works fine until creating new custom alias in the admin or use the custom command script to create URL alias via  URLAliasService. This problem has not occurred in kernel v7.5.5
 
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install eZPlatform
2. Enable Language (German, French)
3. Add an article with Title and short desc as Contact
4. Translate Article as below:
French: Title and short desc as Contact
German: Title and short desc as Kontakt
5. Create new alias
URL alias name: Contact
Language German
Alias should redirect to its destination: true
Place alias on the site root: true
6. Goto /Contact

Result:
All URL from Generated aliases with the same name moved to 'URL Aliases for ...' and when you try to enter URL /Contact you get infinite redirect

Expect Result:
New custom URL alias add correctly without move any system generated URL and all URL's work properly
