We were upgrading a few of our projects to v3.0.0 and some odnesses was discovered: * If you upload a PDF file on 3.0.0-rc1 it will be stored at public/var/site/storage/original/application/12beb7cc4bd1b391317d14a3a7a428ae.pdf

• But if you upload a PDF file on clean 3.0.0 it will be stored at public/var/site/original/application/12beb7cc4bd1b391317d14a3a7a428ae.pdf

I thought it was done just to reorganize all the binaries and move them one level up from the original folder.
 
But later I discovered the following: * If you upload an image file on 3.0.0-rc1 it will be stored at public/var/site/storage/images/6/8/1/0/186-1-eng-GB/city1_test_city1.jpeg

• But If you upload the same image on clean 3.0.0 it will be stored at public/var/site/storage/6/8/1/0/186-1-eng-GB/city1_test_city1.jpeg (no images folder).

So it makes me think that there is some bug in 3.0.0 which skips binaries/images prefixes. And it makes very hard to run v3.0.0 upgrades.
