The issue is caused by the query that fetches items in "review queue" tab, ref: https://github.com/ezsystems/ezplatform-workflow/blob/1.1/src/lib/Dashboard/Block/ReviewQueueBlock.php#L108. It's easily reproducible even with 40-50 items in the list.
