Tooltips disappear after a while

    Description

      Steps for UDW:

      1. Go to Content/Content structure.
      2. Browse content.
      3. Hover over buttons in the top menu.

      Result: Tooltip disappears after a while. See please:  http://g.recordit.co/QhJr5d6S2c.gif
