Steps to reproduce:

1. Create the French language in the BackOffice - fre-FR.
2. Go to Folder Content Type in the BackOffice.
3. Add French translation.
4. Try to set a default value for Name (ezstring) field.

Result:
The default value field is disabled.

Expected result:
The default value field is available for edit.
