Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to backoffice.
2. Go to Content / Content structure.
3. Create new "User"
4. Being at create a new user form switch Enable flag to 1.
5. Verify colour of switcher when enabled.

Actual result:

Enable switcher has gray colour when enabled.

Expected result:

Enable switcher colour should change to red when enabled.
