'More' tab is visible while having no items

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Login to backoffice.
      2. Go to Admin
      3. Stretch screen so 'More' tab appears

      Actual result:
      'More' tab is visible even though it contains no tabs

      Expected result:
      'More' tab should not be visible if its empty
