Steps to reproduce

1. Create a list of things that can be used in a permissions limitation selection, for instance a large number of Public Accesses
2. Try to select them from the list

Result (first attachment)

The list is opened to the top of the browser window and therefore some elements are not visible.

Expected result

The list opens to the bottom of a window.

Workaround (second attachment)

• Open a list
• Close is
• Scroll to the bottom of the view
• Open list again
