As a documantation author I want to make changes to the developer's guide for personalization, so that the docs correspond to the features and requiremens of the solution as of the release bundled with DXP 3.3 (end of December).

The goal is to strip the Developers’ Guide from all information that is not accessible for the end client (as of 3.3 clients won't even be able to create a user account by themselves).

Any information that describes features that are not available for the end-user could end up in our internal documentation.

Before I can proceed with changes, there are several areas that require Subject Matter Expert review:
