Data base error occurs in UI when creating Object State with name longer than 45 characters.

Steps:

1. Log in to admin panel.
2. Go to Object States.
3. In any group create a new object state.
4. Enter a name longer than 45 char e.g. 1234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456.
5. Click Create.

Actual result: "Database error" occurs in UI.
Expected result: Improved error handling e.g. "Argument 'objectStateGroupCreateStruct' is invalid: An Object state group with the provided identifier is too long"
