The dropdown list it's too long and very hard to select item from this list

Steps to reproduce
1. Install a clean version of Ibexa 3.2
2. Create CT with country field
3. Create content from created CT 
4. Try select country from the dropdown list

Result:
List it's too long and sometimes a problem with selecting an item

Expected result:
the list should be trimmed and have a scroll for better navigation
