In https://issues.ibexa.co/browse/EZP-32289 we had to remove the security-checker as it's no longer supported. It would be good to get the functionality back. Our options now are:

1. Local CLI tool (binary, Go-based)
2. Symfony CLI (binary)
3. GitHub action

As an alternative, we could rely on GitHub security advisories instead. We use them anyway, and they help keep track of known vulnerabilities in a similar way.
