Improve title for backoffice pages

    Description

      The title for all backoffice pages is "Ibexa DXP", should be changed to "Ibexa Open Source" for the community edition.

      Comparing with eZ Platform 1.13, it's missing page name : for instance "Media" page, the title should be "Media - Ibexa DXP".
