Steps to reproduce

1. Install Ibexa DXP 3.3
2. Edit PB
3. Add Text block
4. Create text to fill textarea
5. On the last word on right create a link

Result

Expected result

The popup to create the link should be visible at all times, in its entirety

Sometimes need to move the mouse out of popup to popup moves to right
