Steps to reproduce:

1. Go into UDW by clicking Create on dashboard

2. Go to Administrator User (this user should be marked)

3. Create content under Admin

**Expected behaviour:**

It's not possible to create content under non container content (it shouldn't be possible to mark such content in UDW)

Actual behaviour:

Content can be created
