Uploading an Image with a special character - for example, space - in the filename will end up in the image not being rendered properly.

Steps to reproduce
1. Clean installation of Ibexa DXP v3.3
2. Log into the back office as admin and create a new Image Content with image test test.jpg.
3. Set rewrite rule like here https://doc.ibexa.co/en/3.3/guide/clustering/#web-server-rewrite-rules
4. Publish it

Result
Image won't be displayed properly

Expected result
Image is displayed normally

Notes to QA:
Issues have been reported also with using S3 bucket and NFS.
What is more, old files could be converted with the following command https://doc.ibexa.co/en/2.5/guide/images/#normalizing-images, those old files should be reevaluated after normalization.
