Steps to reproduce (clean Ibexa Experience v3.3.12 Installation):

• login to Admin UI
• (in dev mode): check 'login_check' request in profiler (1-reco-request.PNG, 2-reco-request.PNG)

Result:
EzSystems\EzRecommendationClient\Event\Listener\LoginListener is sending a login event notification to the reco service.

Expected:
Login notification to reco service should only be send, when customer_id is set for the current Site Access
