When a user has policy content.create with limitation on content type then can't select content from UWD e.g. in search filters

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Ibexa DXP 3.3
2. Add a user with the below policies

1. Log in with the created user
2. Go to search and try to select content in filters sub-tree

Result

Can't select any content in UWD (without content.create policy, user can select content)

Expected result

the user should be able to select items from UWD
