Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content Types.
2. Create new CT.
3. Add ezobjectrelation/ezobjectrelationlist field definition.
4. Select starting Location.
5. Click Reset starting location button.

Result: Starting Location is still selected. 
Remark: Happens when creating a new CT, for editing works fine.
