Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to back office.
2. Go to Personalization / Dashboard page.
3. Verify page elements and compare them with mock-up.

Incorrect / missing page elements:

1. missing dropdown at the upper right side of the page (already fixed)
2. missing "Select time range" above "range" dropdown
3. missing tooltip "question mark" right next to "Events collected" section (there should be no question mark - discussed with damian.korostynski@ibexa.co)
