Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Folder
2. Add Content List block in PB
3. Choose Folder as a parent in the Content List
4. Send Folder to the trash and empty the trash
5. Try to edit the Content List in PB

Result

Can't edit the Content List in PB

Expected result

After deleting the Folder we should still be able to edit the Content List
