Steps To Reproduce:

1. Install Ibexa Experience v3.3.14
2. Change 'Editor Role' (see 1-role-editor.png)
3. Add User editor having 'Editor Role'
4. Add Content according 2-content-tree.png
   (Or instead of 2-4 use dump move-content-example.sql)
5. Login as editor and try to move Test Article to Ibexa Platform Folder

Moving is not possible. UDW limits the target Location to Content Types, where the User has Create Content access.
