Steps to reproduce:

1. Create ger-DE language.
2. Comment out the following lines in the code: https://github.com/ezsystems/ezpublish-kernel/blob/7.5/eZ/Publish/Core/IO/FilePathNormalizer/Flysystem.php#L29-L36.
3. Create Image Content and upload image with filename = class '.png.
4. Create ger-DE translation for newly created Image (base this translation on eng-GB translation and don't change the image file).
5. Uncomment the commented lines from step 2.
6. Run the https://doc.ibexa.co/en/3.3/guide/images/#normalize-image-file-names command and clear the cache.

Result:
The Image content in ger-DE language cannot load the image file.

Expected result:
The image file in ger-DE translation should be visible.

Note to QA:
It would be great to test it in Postgres as well.
