When  editing a pagebuilder (landing page),  sometimes the order of the blocks are in deiffrent order than expected. 

1. Create a landing Page with 3 blocks inside, lets say text blocks_(block1, block2, block3)_ and publish it.
2. Edit the page again
3. Drag the second block (block2) to the right without moving it up or down, so that the block keeps its position. Release the block and see that it kept it position (2nd place) and publish.
4. Edit again the page and see that the block 2 has changed its order
