    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install Ibexa DXP 3.3/eZ Platform v2.5
      2.  Create a new Form (do not set any action to the button and message)
      3. Add created Form to PB as element 'Form' twice or embed to rich text twice
      4. Send one of Form on site
      5. Check Submissions

       

      Result

      All forms added via PB and/or rich text are sends

      Expected result

      Only one form should be submitted
