Removing first Pesonalized block from page builder editor removes both previews.

Prereq.: Personalization configuration is set.

Steps:

1. Add two Pesonalized blocks to a landing page.
2. Submit valid settings for both blocks.
3. Publish.
4. Edit landing page again.
5. Remove first block from the top.

Actual result: Preview for both blocks is removed (https://recordit.co/6aZ4AzFZL9).
Expected result: Only preview for first block is removed.

Remarks: Does not occur when second block is removed.
