3. Create new or edit one example

Wrong styles of Create/edit page. 

1. Lack of primary button style " save", 
2. Lack of " cancel" and " save" Buttons
3. Wrong styles of drag and drop
4. Lack of "Search..." as a placeholder and icon " search" in search
5. Wrong weight of Set up a category path in Exclusions, and cutting in tags

Expected results 

1. We should have the " Cancel" action as the last button and " Save" as the first button

3. Styles and behavior should be consistent ( copied) from https://master-7rqtwti-v5p5smejfqk2u.fr-4.platformsh.site/admin/contenttypegroup/5/contenttype/add  or https://master-7rqtwti-v5p5smejfqk2u.fr-4.platformsh.site/admin/content/edit/draft/130/1/eng-GB
4. Add "Search..." placeholder and icon search to the search input
5. It should have weight of content. Tags shouldn't have more than one line. They should be cut in the center.
