Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Article eng-GB language.
2. Create fre-FR translation for the mentioned article.
3. Create a Role with content/create policy and LanguageLimitation set to fre-FR, example:
   
4. Add content/edit policy.
5. Assign a User to the created Role.
6. Try to copy the Article to any other folder.

Result:
You will be able to copy the article without any problems

Expected result:
You should be presented with a permission error.

Note:
If you edit the article in eng-GB language just before copying (using another user with permission to edit eng-GB language), then the mentioned User with the Limitation to fre-FR is going to get presented with a permission error.
