Media File Upload: Cannot upload the same file twice in a row with button upload

Steps:
1. Open MFU (file upload in Sub-items widget)
2. click the upload button (it is important to use button, not drop)
3. select a file
4. file is uploaded
5. click the upload button
6. select the same file again

Result:
nothing happens

Expected:
file should be uploaded again

Reason:
in frontend implementation, file input is triggered by change, but when you select the same file again there is no change

Solution:
clear file input before the second upload
