Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit Folder Content Type and add Integer field to it, set min value to 1 and required to false.
2. Create Folder and set the Integer field to 2.
3. Edit Folder and empty the field.
4. Publish

Result:
One cannot publish Content as there is a "required integer value" validation error.

Expected result:
One should be able to publish Content with an empty integer value.

Note:
Same problem occurs for Float.
