Steps to reproduce:

1. Create any File content.
2. Access the download URL of the uploaded binary.
3. Change version number at the end to x or anything else, for example:
   admin/content/download/119/file/filepng?inLanguage=eng-GB&version=qwerty.
4. Enter the URL.

Result:
One will be presented with 500 exception.

Expected result:
404 should be thrown instead.
