This is a follow up to IBX-2618 but concerning the entire Conntent Version publish operation, not just indexing. It was reported that publishUrlAliasForLocation operation on a Content item with 100+ Fields and 20 translations takes too much time (40s). During the course of resolving of IBX-2618 it was discovered that similar key areas utilize magic getters and could be optimized as well.

The entire publish operation needs to scale for:

• large amount of fields (100+)
• many translations (20+)
• bulk publishing operations (nice to have, but bulk reindexing needs to be checked at least)
