Steps:

1. go to product catalog
2. categories
3. create
4. Select parent field type

Result 

The tag has too big padding on the right. Tag's texts are cut too much. 

Expected result

Tags should have the same padding on right and left sides (8px).
We should show all text in the tag If the text has less than 20 signs.
