Steps:

1. Create a product with variants
2. Add some images to basic collection in Assets tab
3. Create the first collection with selected attribute values.

4. Select some images in this collection and click Create a new collection

5. Select the same attributes like in step 3

6. Result: the new collection was not saved and the previous one is kept. But the notification communicates sth different

Expected result: Error with notification that such collection for such attributes values already exists or no option to create "a collection from the collection"
