Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to back office.
2. Start editing Landing Page
3. Add targeting block 
4. Click block settings
5. Click submit with error in form 

Actual result:

After trying to save a form with an error, the UDW open button does not open it

Expected result:

UWD open button should open it
