Multiple setting set to false is not respected

Steps:

1. Add custom block to configuration using nested attributes with multiple set to false.
2. Create Landing page.
3. Add this block.
4. Open block settings.
5. Try to add a new instances of the field group.

Actual result: Button is present and active. Console error occurs.
Expected result: Adding new field groups is not possible - add and delete buttons are not present.
