Steps to reproduce

• Configure two languages, for instance English and German,
• To go Tags
• Create new Tag in English, set name: Earth
• Observe that both title in the content view and title in the content tree are now in English
• Translate Tag to German, set name: Erde, publish
• Switch main language to German
• Remove English translation
• Observe that title in the content view changed to Erde as expected
• Observe that tag is still present in the content tree (for English) as Earth
