Medium Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to tag edit form (for a tag that has parent)
Expected behaviour:
In tag view select, parent name shouldn't be ellipsized
Current behaviour:
Parent name is ellipsized, event if it's as short as "Root" (Only "R..." is visible)
