Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Product Catalog -> Attributes.
2. Click Create.
3. Select Attribute type: Selection and click Add.
4. Go to Options section and click Add three or more times.

Expected result:
The window scrolls down after new lines with options are added.

Actual result:
The window doesn't scroll down after new lines with options are added.
