Policies do not show after added on fresh Ibexa DXP 3.3.3

Steps to reproduce

1. Install fresh IBEXA DXP 3.3.3
2. run php bin/console cache:clear
3. Add any policies to role Anonymous

Result

Popup informed about added policy to the role but not listed

Expected result

Policy show immediately on list policies for the role

Note

After run again  php bin/console cache:clear then all working correctly, also if we remove cache via command rm -rf var/cache/* on the beginning
